How we handle the information you share with us.
Short version
We collect the bare minimum we need to reply to you, we don't sell or share it, and we delete it when it's no longer useful. That's the policy. The rest is detail.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, company, phone (optional) and the message you choose to send. Stored only long enough to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work.
- Server access logs. Standard HTTP request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamps). Retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostics.
- No advertising trackers. This site does not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if we begin an engagement, to correspond about it.
- To keep the site operational, secure, and free of abuse.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, request correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cwvinfo.com and we will action the request within 14 days.
Third parties
The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. If you'd rather not, your browser's privacy settings or a tracker-blocking extension can prevent this request; the site remains legible without them.
